Trips
I was visiting Vancouver for the first time. I was there on business and my hotel was in the downtown area. I went for two walks, one the evening before my meetings and two a walk the late afternoon after my meetings. I covered Waterfront Station, Victory Square, Canada Place, Vancouver Lookout/Harbour Centre, Main Vancouver Post Office, Vancouver Art Gallery, Centennial Fountain, and other places. A very nice walk.
A short rain forest loop crossing the Lynn River by a short suspension bridge.

We wanted to go on a nice long walk to enjoy this sunny Easter Monday. This walk starts near our house and links together many of our favourites little trails and neighbourhoods. The trip was about 2 hrs of walking but we paused many times to enjoy the scenery and have snacks.

We just arrived in Vancouver around 1 PM (from Tokyo). Interestingly, this was the second Sunday 27th of July for us (thanks to the crossing of the day change line). Drove to Stanley Park and walked there for a while.
