Many thanks to my wife Ada who took me on this Christmas Bird Count. We met the group at McDonald's, went birding for the morning and met for lunch at the Two Season's Inn. This amazing Hwy. loop South of McGrath Alberta, and around to Cardston, parallels the US border and is seldom driven. With nothing but fantastic views, beautiful ranches, tons of gophers, and more kinds of birds than I could count, relaxing drives in the country don't get much better than this!
