My first rollerblading track! Quite enjoyable. East/West Gate were too gravelly - I'll avoid that next time. It felt as though my heart rate got up right where I would want it. 25 minutes was just about right too, since I could tell that my reaction time for curbs and cracks was just starting to slow down.
Still lots of fun. I love the "be here, now" aspect of rollerblading. I'm constantly adjusting my balance, improving my strokes, watching for hazards.
