Hiking near Washington, Utah

West Canyon Road is one of 2 "trails" that allow you to bring your dogs along.  It is a super easy walk along a gravel service road.   The trailcontinues up to the head of the canyon for a total of 8 miles round trip.

A really nice "after work" area for those from St. George, complete with climbing wall at the entrance or 15 minutes town the trail; a variety of loops and detours can be made to customize the length. Fantastic views of lava flows, red rocks, golf courses and housing developments in every direction!
