My first trip so far to Everytrail.com so I hope someone checks it out. It has been one mf my favorite hikes I have ever done, one because it is beautiful all times of year and two, its EXTREMELY close to home for me.
Whether you are going 2 miles RT to the lake or 9 miles RT to the top of the mountain you can't lose with a visit to Jack London St. Park. With the temps around 70, the wildflowers out, and the trails near empty it was a great day.
A short hike in a beautiful state park. I hope to get a chance to see more of this soon.
