Hiking near New Haven, Connecticut

My wife and I went for a nice walk up the East side of Lake Hammonasset. We were surprised at how chilly it was, the wind was from the West and since the lake was still frozen it picked up the cold off the lake. We both over did it, neither of us were ready for this much of a hike.

Back to Sleeping Giant.  This time I took the blue trail up to the tower (as usual), then continued on to the red circle trail, then to the violet trail out to the far side of the park, and finally back on the white trail.
