Trips
A nice walk along a river. It's a fairly easy walk. If it was paved I'd put it as a beginner. It gets rocky in places. It can also be pretty wet in a couple of spots. I went on a Sunday in the fall. It's a popular place and so was on the busy side of things. Lots of families and people out with their dogs.McConnells Mill website

From the head of a long series of trails which make up the North Country National Scenic Trail, we first visited Hell's Hollow Falls - a nice .4 mile manicured family trail which deadends at the falls and an interesting old brick lime kiln. Backtracking, we hiked about 1.75 miles down the Slippery Rock Gorge Trail to a spot where it intersects the tributary Hell's Hollow Creek before returning to the trail...
Solo hike from the McConnell's Mills Covered bridge south 3.5 miles and then back up to the bridge.
