Trips
Not sues of the trail. Some of the route is on road. Beautiful route.
We got a late start after some morning maintenance on our condo, so we looked for a shorter hike than the Kukui Trail we did last week. Â After lunch at the Shrimp Station in Waimea, we headed up to the top of Waimea Canyon to Kokee State Park and the trailhead for the Phea Trail.
A short hike from the end of the road in Kokee State Park. It starts out easy and ends hard, particularly when wet and muddy. Some spectacular views but the native hawaiian rain forest has a lot of plants you rarely see anywhere else.
Pihea Trail overlooking Kalalau Canyon and the Na Pali coast.
Walking on the edge of the world. Hike along the kaleppa trail along the ridge separating a valley along the Napali coast Â
