After the storm, I just had to come and check out the scenery. The entry to the park was rather deep but I had no issues! No fish tailing for me today! Love snowdays!
Day hike after backpacking and camping.
We started our hike in John Bryan State Park. We took the Gorge Trail to the stairs at The "Bears Den" and took the North rim trail back. there were several trail runners along the path as well as kids and pets. (signs say no pets allowed but there were several dogs on the path) . It is a very easy hike with good view of the Little Miami River and great...

I did the orange loop which is a 3.4 mile loop, o did it twice so the mileage should be closer to 6.8! I either lost reception on the woods or had stopped I am not sure
Chose this park for my daily walk! It used to be owned by some cement/gravel company! Now it's a park. Been here several times for geocaching, today just to sight see but did check up on two caches I found three months ago with out a GPS!
Now can I find these from three months ago when I normally struggle finding my keys it wallet from the night before?

Ever notice it's more tiring walking in a hilly terrain then a flat area? Worked up a good sweat and got the heart a beating hard so I guess ebven though it's shorter then normal still a good workout
Just decided to take a short hike out in the park today. I was hoping to see some interesting colorization of the leaves! I was nto disappointed except my cell phone does not give the leaves enough justice!!
Four miles for TeddyR today!! Tippy but now I am tired as heck!
Another hike
Just another sight seeing expedition..
This hike is a modification of the posted trail at Caesars Creek Gorge which adds perhaps 0.5 mile to the walk. Easy hiking conditions in general, with some significant mud during rainy times.
